COMPANY SHORT STORY

Ligo Leather Co., LTD., established in 1991 with office in Taiwan and China, has grown into a major leather supplier to the future industry in South East Asia, with an annual turnover of US$25 million. It has built its reputation through professionalism, quality, customer care and service.
In 2005 it was a natural step for the company to go vertical in order to remain competitive in the market place. Thus, led by Eddie Ng, a new manufacturing company, ORBIT INTERNATIONAL, was born in Dongguan to make leather furniture for the world market. Orbit is presently based in a purpose-built factory, with a capacity of 100 containers per month and is building a second factory, which will be on line in the autumn of 2006, with a further capacity of 150 containers per month.

MATERIALS

WOOD
Depending on different structures of the material, slight color deviations are normal and inevitable. Orbit uses very fine kiln-dry pinewood, E0/E1 particle board in varying water stain Shades.

LEATHER
As a professional leather supplier in the past 20 years, we guarantee using several levels of natural finest leather to meet each market level request.
The beauty of leather lies in the natural uneven surface of the hide which is determined by life showing grains, fattening fold. Every hide is an individual determined by the lifestyle of the animal. A quality product you can feel……

SPRING INTERIOR
A highly resilient spring interior, covered with high quality polyether foam, rest on a no-sag spring construction covered with a strong pressed nylon chiffon pile mat.
